Alo Kalenik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 6th minute of the match. 8 minutes into the match, Tykhela FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Alo Kalenik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fredrik Nordström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Tykhela FC's Dorian Lopes got a free kick in the 16th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Tykhela FC's zone, Joel Gaona stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alo Kalenik came out of the goal and Joel Gaona tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tykhela FC's Alo Kalenik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 19th minute of play. After 38 minutes of play, Mexico's Joel Gaona made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alo Kalenik was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tykhela FC's Alo Kalenik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luca Zorita in the 42nd minute of play. When Joel Gaona came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Gaona couldn't finish the play. After the first half Mexico were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fredrik Nordström made a kick off. Tykhela FC's Alo Kalenik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luca Zorita in the 54th minute of play. 58 minutes into the game, Kiur Nurmeots was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tykhela FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mexico the free kick. In the 58th match minute, Tykhela FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kiur Nurmeots to maneuver through the defense. In the 59th minute, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. Tykhela FC's Mattias Rajavee was substituted for Andrzej Rusin. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Alo Kalenik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lautaro Mancebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Alo Kalenik made a huge save. 83 minutes had been played when some careless play by Tykhela FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Luca Zorita heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Alberto Tafalla managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Alberto Tafalla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alo Kalenik breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the final whistle sounded Mexico left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Tykhela FC.
