Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Mexico's Joel Gaona started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jefferson de Amaral in the 4th minute. When Pedro Cavalcante fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Λstral Villains FC's protests and gave Pedro Cavalcante a yellow card for diving instead. Alberto Tafalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Λstral Villains FC's Fello Serrano got a free kick in the 10th minute. Theo Machado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 14th minute of play. When Joel Gaona came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Gaona couldn't finish the play. Theo Machado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 19th minute of play. After some careless play in the Λstral Villains FC defense, Luca Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Theo Machado. The Λstral Villains FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Theo Machado should have stopped the shot. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Theo Machado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emil Berntzen's late challenge caught a Mexico's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emil Berntzen helped the player get up and apologised. Joel Gaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jefferson de Amaral to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Λstral Villains FC's goalkeeper Theo Machado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alberto Tafalla. Ahmad Okhumeode Krychowiak hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Theo Machado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 58th minute of the match. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jefferson de Amaral in the 63rd minute of play. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Holand in the 68th minute of play. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Theo Machado having to interfere. 75 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mexico's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Emil Berntzen was slow to take the kick. During this time Λstral Villains FC's players had a chance to rest. After 75 played minutes Λstral Villains FC got a freekick which was hit by Ahmad Okhumeode Krychowiak. The throw-in from Leonardo Leoz in the 79th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Λstral Villains FC's Ahmad Okhumeode Krychowiak. Λstral Villains FC's Emil Berntzen managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Leonardo Leoz in the 81 minute of the game. Λstral Villains FC's Theo Machado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 86th minute of play. In the 87th minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Theo Machado in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Theo Machado made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Leonardo Leoz got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars Holand in the 93rd minute of the match. Λstral Villains FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Mexico had controlled the match.
