Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off. If Luis Andino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF's Osmar Lago played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 5th minute of play. In the 6th minute, Constantin-Maximilian Beckenbauer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 9th minute, Cristian Sancho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Osmar Lago was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 13th minute, Cristian Sancho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Osmar Lago was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Constantin-Maximilian De Jésus in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Agustín Saelices fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osmar Lago having to interfere. Daniel Zorita took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Osmar Lago. Osmar Lago dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osmar Lago having to interfere. A collision led to Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Constantin-Maximilian Beckenbauer hit a great ball. In the 39th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Cristian Sancho got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Osmar Lago quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Osmar Lago. Osmar Lago dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. The Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 0-5.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eduardo Reis made a kick off. When Osvaldo Berger fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF's protests and gave Osvaldo Berger a yellow card for diving instead. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 54th minute, Cristian Sancho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Daniel Zorita kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Osmar Lago. That made the score 0-6 in the 60 minute of play. After 64 minutes of play, Ecuador's Felix Montenegro made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Osmar Lago was left in no man's land by his defense there! 71 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Osmar Lago narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cristian Sanchos short, quick shot in the 73rdth minute got Osmar Lago to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Thanks to some nice moves Daniel Zorita could shoot a difficult shot in the 75th minute, which Osmar Lago however easily saved by the left post. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osmar Lago having to interfere. Daniel Zorita blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Osmar Lago having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a free kick in the 80th minute. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Osmar Lago was a little too slow when Daniel Zorita got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 85th minute. The score was now 0-8. Eduardo Reis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 95 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Osmar Lago narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
