Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Herauso Sarro started the match with the kick off. Herauso Sarro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 6th minute, Felix Montenegro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Apolo Montero was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Apolo Montero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 9 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Apolo Montero. Mandrake fc's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Daniel Zorita scored 0-3 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Apolo Montero, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Apolo Montero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Apolo Montero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 18th minute of play. In the 19th minute, Paulino Huguet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Mandrake fc's Adolfo Garate got a free kick in the 22nd minute. A collision led to Mandrake fc getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Cugat Lara hit a great ball. In the 26th minute, Luis Andino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Apolo Montero was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Apolo Montero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Mandrake fc's Cugat Lara got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Mandrake fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulino Huguet didn't get a good kick on the ball. 40 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Mandrake fc's Apolo Montero. Apolo Montero was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Daniel Zorita kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Apolo Montero. That made the score 0-6 in the 51 minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Ecuador's Cristian Sancho slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Apolo Montero. That made the score 0-8 after 58 minutes of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tulio Saura during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 62 played minutes Mandrake fc got a freekick which was hit by Tulio Saura. Apolo Montero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 63rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristian Sancho in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Apolo Montero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Daniel Zorita took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Apolo Montero. Apolo Montero dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-9. Apolo Montero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustín Saelices, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Apolo Montero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 70th minute. Agustín Saelices sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mandrake fc's defense didn't have a chance, in the 75th minute, when Cristian Sancho scored to the left of an out of position Apolo Montero, making the score, 0-10. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adolfo Garate during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Adolfo Garate kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. After 82 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 0-11 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Apolo Montero was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Ecuador booed when Mandrake fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulino Huguet didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mandrake fc's Apolo Montero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Mandrake fc from getting a goal against them. In the 89th minute, Felix Montes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Mandrake fc's Cugat Lara got a free kick in the 91st minute. After having played for 93 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cugat Lara hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match.
