Silvio Enetz got a throw-in 23 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Jonatan Montes. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Quentin Francis, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Honduras from getting a goal against them. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Quentin Francis was the one to do the kick off. After 58 minutes, Damian Valente mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Naboonga OFF and the Honduras players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Naboonga OFF getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Damian Valente hit a great ball. Lautaro Navarro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Quentin Francis's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. In the 69th minute, Edmundo Espiga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Quentin Francis struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Lautaro Navarro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Naboonga OFF. Edmundo Espiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Vladimiro Costante tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Salvador Peio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edmundo Espiga got free with Vladimiro Costante in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Moises Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vladimiro Costante having to interfere. The throw-in from Silvio Txerran in the 84th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Honduras's Valentín Carvallo. Vladimiro Costante showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Villa in the 89th minute of the match. Milagros Cabal hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Honduras players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
