Panama's Marcos Cotilla tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Dorin Orghidan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Marcos Cotilla stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eusebio Arnalt's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. 12 minutes into the game, Balaceanu UFC's Eusebio Arnalt nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcos Cotilla made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Marcos Cotilla didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eusebio Arnalt went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. In the 18th minute Dorin Zăreanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dorin Orghidan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 27th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Eusebio Arnalt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Balaceanu UFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Eusebio Arnalt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcos Cotilla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iustinian Burdujan in the 32nd minute of play. In the 37thth minute of the game Tomas Berganza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Balaceanu UFC's Dorin Orghidan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 39th minute, Eusebio Arnalt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcos Cotilla was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. In the 45th match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Barrios to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eusebio Arnalt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Iustinian Burdujan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 54 minutes into the match, Balaceanu UFC's goal looked a bit too open when Alex Cambeiro came free, but Dorin Orghidan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomas Berganza took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dorin Orghidan. Dorin Orghidan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. Dorin Orghidan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 66th minute of play. When Balaceanu UFC's Iustinian Burdujan in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Panama's goalie prevented a goal. After 79 played minutes Balaceanu UFC got a freekick which was hit by Dorin Zăreanu. The supporters of Balaceanu UFC booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomas Berganza didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Aaron Barrios fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Panama's protests and gave Aaron Barrios a yellow card for diving instead. Aaron Barrios kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. With a little luck, Panama's Marcos Cotilla got control of the ball when Marcu Tomoioagă tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marcos Cotilla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eusebio Arnalt in the 87th minute. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iustinian Burdujan in the 88th minute of the match. The Panama fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Balaceanu UFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
