Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Edmundo Espiga made the kick off and thus started the match. Celestino Eli took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 7 minutes into the game, Cecilio Lesardo threw the ball into play from the sideline. Honduras's Valentín Carvallo quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 12th minute, Celestino Eli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lautaro Navarro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. HFA FC were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after Honduras's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Maximiliano Petrigai took the corner. A well done corner resulted in Maximiliano Petrigai drilling the ball in to score 0-4 behind Honduras's goalkeeper. The throw-in from Cecilio Lesardo in the 25th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Honduras's Valentín Carvallo. 32 minutes into the game, Christian Sancho threw the ball into play from the sideline. HFA FC's Gonzalo Tanio quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 36 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Valentín Carvallo. Cleto Gonza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 38th minute of play. Celestino Eli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lautaro Navarro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celestino Eli in the 45th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The attack was good, but when Celestino Eli in the 45th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 47th minute, Celestino Eli made a precise shot to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Celestino Eli to make the kick off. Edmundo Espiga charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edmundo Espiga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 55th minute, Edmundo Espiga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celestino Eli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Celestino Eli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lautaro Navarro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. With an all-out effort, HFA FC's Lautaro Navarro threw himself towards the right post 71 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Celestino Eli, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. HFA FC were awarded a corner in the 72th minute after Honduras's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Maximiliano Petrigai took the corner. Celestino Eli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 77 minutes into the game, Cecilio Lesardo threw the ball into play from the sideline. Honduras's Valentín Carvallo quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Valentín Carvallo got a free kick in the 85th minute. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Milagros Cabal hit a great ball. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celestino Eli, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Honduras's defense didn't have a chance, in the 96th minute, when Celestino Eli scored to the left of an out of position Lautaro Navarro, making the score, 0-7. The Honduras manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing HFA FC to win.
