Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mateo Flores, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Jack Nicholson in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 13th minute, Facundo Cadaval got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 15 minutes of play, Dep. Morón 1947's Mateo Flores made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dante Lacasa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dep. Morón 1947's Jack Nicholson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Dep. Morón 1947 from getting a goal against them. In the 24th minute, Mateo Flores ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Lacasa was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 28th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jack Nicholson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dep. Morón 1947's Jack Nicholson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Facundo Cadaval in the 31st minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Dep. Morón 1947's goalkeeper Jack Nicholson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Mancebo. Alberto Tafalla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jack Nicholson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Lorenzo Cazalla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 41 played minutes Dep. Morón 1947 got a freekick which was hit by Mateo Flores. Morón 1947 got a freekick which was hit by Ronny Rudø. After a rather tough play, Dep. Morón 1947's Ronny Rudø got a free kick in the 48th minute.

Jack Nicholson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luca Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. Dep. Morón 1947 made a substitution. Bernardino Ezkerra replaced Aaron Bayne. Joel Gaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jack Nicholson having to interfere. 69 minutes into the match, Ronny Rudø notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Mexico's Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jack Nicholson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Facundo Cadaval in the 72nd minute of play. In the 73rd minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jack Nicholson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Jack Nicholson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 78th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jack Nicholson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dante Lacasa was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Zeledon Baristo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 92 minute of play. Ronny Rudø was shown his second yellow card after 96 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match.
