Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Francisco Seco made the kick off which started today's match. The audience was convinced that Shen Guo Yu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joaquin Gayoso was relentless in the 2nd minute of the game. Francisco Seco came free with the goalkeeper in the 20th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Fausto Kemen could save by the left post. Francisco Seco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fausto Kemen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shen Guo Yu in the 29th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jorge Sainz during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jorge Sainz kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Francisco Seco's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 33rdth minute, Fausto Kemen skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Thanks to some nice moves Francisco Seco could shoot a difficult shot in the 40th minute, which Fausto Kemen however easily saved by the left post. Francisco Seco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fausto Kemen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. 48 minutes into the match, Samuel Rojelio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. Uruguay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Samuel Rojelio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Shen Guo Yu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Cervantes F.C. getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Carlos Nascimento hit a great ball. When Francisco Seco came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Uruguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Francisco Seco couldn't finish the play. In the 58th minute, Samuel Rojelio made a precise shot to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. Uruguay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Maximiliano Escribano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Francisco Seco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Fausto Kemen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68th minute Francisco Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fausto Kemen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maximiliano Escribano kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Cervantes F.C.'s Cosme Benvide was substituted for Apolo Mincho. The supporters of Cervantes F.C. booed when Uruguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximiliano Escribano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Shen Guo Yu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Joaquin Gayoso made a huge save. After 79 minutes, Francisco Seco made it 1-3 with a short kick to the right side. Cervantes F.C.'s Fausto Kemen tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Camilo Franco hit a great ball. Francisco Seco took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fausto Kemen. Fausto Kemen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Samuel Rojelio struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Joaquin Gayoso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cervantes F.C.. Alberto Gisbert charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alberto Gisbert the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Alberto Gisbert hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Francisco Seco in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fausto Kemen saved Cervantes F.C. from getting behind. The Uruguay supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Cervantes F.C.'s performance. The match ended with a win for Cervantes F.C..
