El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aleksandar Stojanović in the 5th minute of play. El Salvador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Trivun Mirotić was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. When Pannonia's Aleksandar Stojanović in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Ricardo Zorita didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aleksandar Stojanović went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. The El Salvador players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Pannonia were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when Moises Fernandino made the kick off in the second half. Moises Fernandino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Aleksandar Stojanović took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Ricardo Zorita to make any attempt to save it. El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save El Salvador from getting a goal against them. Abram Luque sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita got control of the ball when Aleksandar Stojanović tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ricardo Zorita was a little too slow when Aleksandar Stojanović got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 69th minute. The score was now 0-4. After 79 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Lorenzo Yepes. Moises Fernandino kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. After 83 minutes, 邱亦松 made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 90 minutes into the game, Naum Knežević cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Ricardo Zorita was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 97 minutes into the match, 邱亦松 notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita. Ricardo Zorita was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pannonia played a much better game than El Salvador and deserved their victory. The El Salvador players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
