Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nicolae Bosioc started the match with the kick off. After 4 minutes, Nicolae Bosioc made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Chile's Thiago Pliego tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Francisco Carballar kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Guillermo Fontirroig recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Chile's Mariano Lacasa got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Niculae Rădvan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ciprian Halipa's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 20thth minute, Thiago Pliego skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Sandu Porumbescu made in the 22nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Chile's Pedro Indiano. The supporters of Chile booed when FC PIETROSUL -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Horaţiu Pintilie didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolae Bosioc in the 25th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the match, Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ciprian Halipa. In the 31st minute Nicolae Bosioc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34th minute of the match, Nicolae Bosioc tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Thiago Pliego saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 36 minutes into the match, Nicolae Bosioc dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Thiago Pliego, 2-0. 38 minutes into the game, FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s Ciprian Halipa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Thiago Pliego made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The wind increased when Mariano Lacasa made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Sandu Porumbescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guillermo Fontirroig could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Niculae Rădvan made a huge save. Niculae Rădvan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orlando Casaus in the 61st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurel Teodoroiu in the 62nd minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 66 minutes into the match, FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s goalkeeper Niculae Rădvan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Lacasa. 69 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Horaţiu Pintilie came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Horaţiu Pintilie took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Thiago Pliego. Thiago Pliego dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s Cristi Ciprian was substituted for Nicolae Bosioc. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciprian Halipa in the 76th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 78 minutes, Mariano Lacasa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chile's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mariano Lacasa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 83rd minute Cristi Ciprian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 85th minute FC PIETROSUL -MM- were awarded a corner. Aurelian Odobescu went to the cornerflag to take it. FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s Aurelian Odobescu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Thiago Pliego in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Niculae Rădvan made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Francisco Carballar sent off a good shot on target. Sandu Porumbescu made in the 90th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Aurelian Odobescu. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Niculae Rădvan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. 93 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mariano Lacasa was slow to take the kick. During this time Chile's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Xavier Figueroa heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. A collision led to Chile getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Gerardo Pozo hit a great ball. In the 97th minute of the match Aurelian Odobescu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Thiago Pliego showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Chile's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because FC PIETROSUL -MM- had won, even though Chile had held more of the ball.
