Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kyle Davies started the match with the kick off. In the 6th minute, Momir Prtinac made a precise shot to the right of Bruno Barrett. Curacao's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Curacao's zone, Stefan Hadžić stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Barrett came out of the goal and Stefan Hadžić tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dragorad Milinić was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Kyle Davies showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 10 minute of play. 13 minutes into the game, Dragan Veljković was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pannonia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Curacao the free kick. Dragorad Milinić made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stanley Wallace in the 15th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Curacao's goal looked a bit too open when Rafailo Raičković came free, but Bruno Barrett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 18 minutes into the game, Pannonia's Danilo Ninković nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bruno Barrett made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. 28 minutes into the match, Curacao's goal looked a bit too open when Stefan Hadžić came free, but Bruno Barrett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stefan Hadžić might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bruno Barrett. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Stefan Hadžić ran back to his position shaking his head. 39 minutes into the game, Pannonia's Dragan Veljković nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bruno Barrett made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Đorđe Gmitrović to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Pannonia booed when Curacao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rocco Owen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bruno Barrett was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Đorđe Gmitrović. Bruno Barrett didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stefan Hadžić went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-5 was the resulting score. The supporters of Curacao booed when Pannonia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dragan Veljković didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stefan Hadžić could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Bruno Barrett made a huge save. In the 66th minute Đorđe Gmitrović shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bruno Barrett made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Stefan Hadžić sent off a good shot on target. The ball had pretty good speed, but Bruno Barrett firmly grabbed it by the left post. 74 minutes into the match, Curacao's goal looked a bit too open when Đorđe Gmitrović came free, but Bruno Barrett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 77 minutes into the game, Đorđe Gmitrović recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bruno Barrett. Đorđe Gmitrović showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-6. If Stanley Wallace had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Curacao's Bruno Barrett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Đorđe Gmitrović in the 86th minute of play. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Đorđe Gmitrović in the 96th minute of play. A hard shot 98 in the game by Stefan Hadžić from a close distance when the talented Bruno Barrett managed to make a qualified save. Curacao's players were relieved. When the final whistle sounded Pannonia left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Curacao.
