A collision led to Powerjed getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Edmondo Zoff hit a great ball. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patryk Hatman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 14 minutes into the game, Edmondo Zoff was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Powerjed's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Honduras the free kick. A collision led to Powerjed getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Edmondo Zoff hit a great ball. Tiago Volpi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 20th minute of the match. After 22 minutes of play, Powerjed's Patryk Hatman made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lautaro Navarro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Powerjed's Tiago Volpi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 28th minute of play. If Luca Espinar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sebastian Villa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiago Volpi having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edmundo Espiga to make the kick off. In the 61st match minute, Powerjed was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmondo Zoff to maneuver through the defense. Edmundo Espiga took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 61st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tiago Volpi. Powerjed's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Cristoforo Ascoli got a throw-in 71 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Dave Vaiani. In the 75th minute Sebastian Villa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiago Volpi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Honduras's Christian Sancho managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Anselmo Fabiani in the 77 minute of the game. When Sebastian Villa came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastian Villa couldn't finish the play. Edmundo Espiga who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 91stth minute tested the skills of Tiago Volpi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 92nd match minute, Powerjed was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmondo Zoff to maneuver through the defense. It was beautiful to see Honduras's Edmundo Espiga in action when he in the 94th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance!
