In the 5th minute Cheng Le Xing shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cheng Le Xing took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After 9 minutes, Artun Filiz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pakorro AFC and the Peru players grew even worse after the yellow card. Artun Filiz hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Bogdan Samokovliyski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eliseo Mina went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 17 minutes into the match, Julian Murillo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bogdan Samokovliyski. Pakorro AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Julian Murillo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Pakorro AFC's Bogdan Samokovliyski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 22nd minute of play. In the 25th minute Luz Tejedor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bogdan Samokovliyski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Daniel Minea in the 34th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Peru's Efraim Gilabert. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cheng Le Xing in the 42nd minute of play. Julian Murillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 47th minute, Julian Murillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Luz Tejedor got free with Bogdan Samokovliyski in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Luz Tejedor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Peru booed when Pakorro AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aşır Satılmış didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pakorro AFC's attentive Aşır Satılmış managed to snatch the ball when Milagros Fraga made a throw-in in the 60th minute of the game. Pakorro AFC's Astor Giampietro was substituted for Cheng Le Xing. Peru's attentive Alonso Berganza managed to snatch the ball when Daniel Minea made a throw-in in the 69th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 74th minute of play forced Pakorro AFC's goalkeeper Bogdan Samokovliyski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bogdan Samokovliyski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael Gallo, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafael Gallo in the 94th minute of play forced Pakorro AFC's goalkeeper Bogdan Samokovliyski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Despite being the better team, Peru failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
