Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mariano Lacasa took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 10th minute, Mariano Lacasa made a precise shot to the right of Santiago Cañizares. Foguera's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Mariano Lacasa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chile's supporters rose to their feet, but Mariano Lacasa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Santiago Cañizares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 25 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Santiago Cañizares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Santiago Cañizares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 28th minute of play. Guillermo Fontirroig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 34 minutes into the game, Felix Garrido threw the ball into play from the sideline. Foguera's Luis-Miguel Rienda quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Santiago Cañizares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orlando Casaus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 41 minutes, Xavier Figueroa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chile and the Foguera players grew even worse after the yellow card. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
In the 62nd minute, Ivan Rubio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Foguera fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariano Lacasa got free with Santiago Cañizares in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Allande Soto kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Santiago Cañizares made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Mariano Lacasa sent off a good shot on target. Felix Garrido made in the 78th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Foguera's Luis-Miguel Rienda. Thiago Pliego came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Foguera's Ivan Rubio. But to his dismay, Ivan Rubio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Yuvenaliy Berezovskiy charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Yuvenaliy Berezovskiy the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Foguera getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Yuvenaliy Berezovskiy hit a great ball. In the 89th minute of the match Felix Garrido sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Santiago Cañizares skillfully saved the ball. 90 minutes into the game, Luis-Miguel Rienda was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Foguera's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chile the free kick. In the 90th minute, Luis-Miguel Rienda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 92nd minute, Allande Soto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mariano Lacasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Santiago Cañizares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. Many of Chile's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Chile may have spent more time on the ball, but Foguera were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
