Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Emiliano Giusto started the match with the kick off. Thanks to some nice moves Daniel Zorita could shoot a difficult shot in the 2nd minute, which Fabiano Violento however easily saved by the left post. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emiliano Giusto in the 5th minute of the match. In the 8th minute, Emiliano Giusto made a precise shot to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The audience was convinced that Emiliano Giusto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. In the 18th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. Ecuador's Felix Montes was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Fabiano Violento in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 24 minutes into the game, Old BaoBaB Accademy's Emiliano Giusto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Vera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After some careless play in the Ecuador defense, Emiliano Giusto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julio Vera. The Ecuador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julio Vera should have stopped the shot. In the 34th minute, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. Fabiano Violento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Felix Montenegro's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Fabiano Violento firmly grabbed it by the left post. If Emiliano Giusto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emiliano Giusto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Old BaoBaB Accademy were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emiliano Giusto got free with Julio Vera in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 57th minute. The corner led Ecuador's Daniel Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which Fabiano Violento despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 63rd match minute, Old BaoBaB Accademy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jarl Asklöv to maneuver through the defense. Old BaoBaB Accademy's Fabiano Violento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 67th minute of play. In the 69th minute Luis Andino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabiano Violento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fabiano Violento narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Anfilogino Furia struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Old BaoBaB Accademy. Old BaoBaB Accademy's Prince Queen was substituted for Robert Pirès. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabiano Violento having to interfere. Emilio Buffone's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. After 88 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Junior Junel who took care of the corner kick. In the 89th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabiano Violento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 91 minutes, Anfilogino Furia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Old BaoBaB Accademy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anfilogino Furia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cesare Marcolongo hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match.
