Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Pedro Artigue started the match with the kick off. The throw-in from Jairón Santillan in the 7th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Honduras's Christian Sancho. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmundo Espiga in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Xulio Prats saved Barcelona Sporting Club from getting behind. Honduras's Edmundo Espiga got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Honduras from getting a goal against them. Cristian Garagorri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Xulio Prats stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmundo Espiga's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Edmundo Espiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xulio Prats having to interfere. After 33rd play minutes Edmundo Espiga shot 2-1, a short shot which went by Xulio Prats and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 40th minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xulio Prats saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xulio Prats took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Luca Espinar got a free kick in the 41st minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Edmundo Espiga made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 53rd minute of play forced Barcelona Sporting Club's goalkeeper Xulio Prats to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Artigue in the 55th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Xulio Prats made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 56th minute of play. Xulio Prats stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmundo Espiga's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. If De-la-Cruz Avecilla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guagua Respaldizar took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from De-la-Cruz Avecilla in the 74th minute of the match. 75 minutes into the game, Luca Espinar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Honduras's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barcelona Sporting Club the free kick. After 75 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Luca Espinar. In the 79th minute, Edmundo Espiga reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Xulio Prats. The goal made the score 3-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Edmundo Espiga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Honduras's supporters rose to their feet, but Edmundo Espiga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Xulio Prats breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 86th minute of play forced Barcelona Sporting Club's goalkeeper Xulio Prats to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 92nd match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Milagros Cabal to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Honduras booed when Barcelona Sporting Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Efrain Mascareñas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sebastian Villa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xulio Prats having to interfere.
