Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Yaman Akar took the kick off in the first half of the match. Kılıçalp Özpulat hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. 13 minutes in the game Romeu Alagoano did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Joao Zuazo. In the 14th minute Yaman Akar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sebastián Torrico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Milagros Fraga in the 20th minute of play. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by GreenUnited's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luz Tejedor was slow to take the kick. During this time Peru's players had a chance to rest. Alonso Berganza made a great header on Peru's corner, it was just that GreenUnited's Sebastián Torrico managed to reach the ball for a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 26th minute of play forced GreenUnited's goalkeeper Sebastián Torrico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute, Julian Murillo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sebastián Torrico was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Peru's Luz Tejedor got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eliseo Mina kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Milagros Fraga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Sebastián Torrico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Dănilă in the 40th minute of play. 44 minutes into the game, GreenUnited's Yaman Akar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rolando Noboa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

GreenUnited made a substitution. Max Stevens replaced Yaman Akar. Romeu Alagoano made in the 53rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Edward Chaniago immediately put the ball in play. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Julian Murillo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Peru's supporters rose to their feet, but Julian Murillo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sebastián Torrico breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sebastián Torrico stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julian Murillo's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. 69 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Max Stevens came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute of the match, Julian Murillo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sebastián Torrico saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a rather tough play, GreenUnited's Romeu Alagoano got a free kick in the 88th minute. In the 96th minute Rafael Gallo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastián Torrico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
