Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Algot Sundin made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 2nd minute, Faustino Luar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ismael Gumaro in the 7th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Los Del Kllejon FC's zone, Luis Andino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Venancio Geleberto came out of the goal and Luis Andino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Venancio Geleberto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 15 minutes into the match, Luis Andino notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Los Del Kllejon FC's Venancio Geleberto. Venancio Geleberto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Venancio Geleberto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 19th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Algot Sundin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. Venancio Geleberto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Montenegro in the 39th minute of the match. After the first half Ecuador were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Los Del Kllejon FC's Romeo Eleder was substituted for Faustino Luar. Los Del Kllejon FC made a substitution. Adrian Lopez replaced Samuel Toli. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Venancio Geleberto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Venancio Geleberto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 66 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Romeo Eleder came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Venancio Geleberto having to interfere. With a little luck, Los Del Kllejon FC's Venancio Geleberto got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Algot Sundin in the 76th minute of the match. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Algot Sundin's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. 84 minutes into the match, Los Del Kllejon FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Venancio Geleberto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Venancio Geleberto was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Venancio Geleberto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 92 minutes into the game, Ismael Gumaro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Julio Vera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 95 minutes into the match, Algot Sundin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Algot Sundin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2.
