In the 5th match minute, FC Dwa Do Ósmej was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wendell Amos to maneuver through the defense. A throw-in in the 8th minute of the game was made by Nestor Giro with Napoleon Kolbert as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. When FC Dwa Do Ósmej's Fotis Katramados in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Peru's goalie prevented a goal. In the 12th minute, Fotis Katramados ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rolando Noboa was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Franciszek Lerych showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 15th minute of the match. In the 21st minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franciszek Lerych saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rolando Noboa was a little too slow when Fotis Katramados got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 22nd minute. The score was now 2-0. FC Dwa Do Ósmej's Franciszek Lerych played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 27th minute of play. Rolando Noboa made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Napoleon Kolbert sent off a good shot on target. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fotis Katramados, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Peru's Rolando Noboa got control of the ball when Napoleon Kolbert tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fotis Katramados hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Franciszek Lerych showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 38th minute of the match. Milagros Fraga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Franciszek Lerych having to interfere. After a rather tough play, FC Dwa Do Ósmej's Wendell Amos got a free kick in the 43rd minute. After having played for 45 minutes, Julian Murillo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peru's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julian Murillo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fotis Katramados to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Franciszek Lerych narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 56th minute, Honesto Cuetos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Dwa Do Ósmej's Fotis Katramados got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. FC Dwa Do Ósmej made a substitution. Lucas Rodriguez replaced Karl-Ove Hägert. FC Dwa Do Ósmej's Hulki Balta was substituted for Teofil Fudalej. 74 minutes into the game, FC Dwa Do Ósmej's Arkadiusz Solibieda nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rolando Noboa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. FC Dwa Do Ósmej's Franciszek Lerych played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luz Tejedor in the 82nd minute of play. In the 91st minute, Alonso Berganza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. After 92 played minutes Peru got a freekick which was hit by Alonso Berganza. 94 minutes into the match, FC Dwa Do Ósmej's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Gallo came free, but Franciszek Lerych reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. FC Dwa Do Ósmej were victorious despite being under pressure from Peru for much of the match.
