Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Finlay Stair started the match with the kick off. Wayan Freeman made in the 6th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Finlay Stair. Javan Develder made in the 11th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Finlay Stair immediately put the ball in play. Armindo Bettencourt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Finlay Stair in the 12th minute of play. Rua da Pinga's Armindo Bettencourt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Rua da Pinga from getting a goal against them. Leron Sale could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Armindo Bettencourt made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Angelo Correia during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 18 played minutes Rua da Pinga got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Correia. Leron Sale took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Armindo Bettencourt. Armindo Bettencourt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After having played for 29 minutes, Joaquim Carvalhais managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rua da Pinga's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joaquim Carvalhais was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Rua da Pinga booed when Jamaica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romon Oliver didn't get a good kick on the ball. Armindo Bettencourt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Finlay Stair in the 34th minute of play. After 35 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Rua da Pinga! Armindo Bettencourt went to the wrong direction when Finlay Stair was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Wayan Freeman's late challenge caught a Rua da Pinga's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wayan Freeman helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Jamaica getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Wayan Freeman hit a great ball. Rua da Pinga's Armindo Bettencourt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Rua da Pinga from getting a goal against them.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Elias Quadros stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Armindo Bettencourt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romon Oliver in the 53rd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joaquim Carvalhais during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 54th minute, Joaquim Carvalhais hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Rua da Pinga booed when Jamaica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wayan Freeman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Armindo Bettencourt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Finlay Stair, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 65th minute Leron Sale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armindo Bettencourt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Armindo Bettencourt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Finlay Stair in the 67th minute of play. After 69 minutes of play, Jamaica's Finlay Stair made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Armindo Bettencourt was left in no man's land by his defense there! Wayan Freeman hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Jamaall Padmore made in the 93rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Rua da Pinga's Joaquim Carvalhais. After a defensive mix-up in Jamaica's zone, Joaquim Carvalhais stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Demonde Jacobson came out of the goal and Joaquim Carvalhais tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Armindo Bettencourt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Finlay Stair in the 95th minute of play. Joaquim Carvalhais sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Jamaica fans cheered their team off the field, for while Rua da Pinga had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
