Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Daniel Zorita got the match started through his kick off. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kärim Benzine in the 4th minute of play. 4 minutes into the game, Kärim Benzine cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Julio Vera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kärim Benzine in the 7th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 7 minutes of play, Berni y Benja FC's Kärim Benzine made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Julio Vera was left in no man's land by his defense there! Amancio Videl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Olle Carlsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Vera having to make a save. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Olle Carlsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Luis Andino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amancio Videl having to interfere. Kärim Benzine received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amancio Videl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Berni y Benja FC's Amancio Videl. Amancio Videl was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Amancio Videl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 35 minutes into the match, Felix Montenegro notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Berni y Benja FC's Amancio Videl. Amancio Videl was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Roman Hibai hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Ramiro Sanson hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Berni y Benja FC's Amancio Videl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 39th minute of play. Amancio Videl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustín Saelices, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 46th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 52nd minute, Cristian Sancho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Amancio Videl was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. After 62 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Gisbert. In the 63rd minute Pastor Tino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Agustín Saelices sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dario Strazzabosco hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kärim Benzine in the 91st minute of the match.
