Jiang Yuan might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paulo Napier. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jiang Yuan ran back to his position shaking his head. Paulo Napier made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jiang Yuan in the 10th minute. After 13 played minutes Club Sports Pergamino got a freekick which was hit by Isaac Millrick. Mateo Vincente hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Paulo Napier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Darnell Joyce, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 18 minutes into the game, Isaac Millrick threw the ball into play from the sideline. Inmortales FC's José Alberto Peirano quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 19 minutes of play, Inmortales FC's Jiang Yuan made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paulo Napier was left in no man's land by his defense there! Inmortales FC's Jiang Yuan got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 24th minute, Isaac Millrick hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jiang Yuan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 28th minute, José Alberto Peirano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Inmortales FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Paulo Napier stood somewhat misplaced when Jiang Yuan came free in front of goal and shot 4-0 to the left of him in the 32 minute. The audience was convinced that Jiang Yuan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Paulo Napier was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. The supporters of Inmortales FC booed when Club Sports Pergamino was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isaac Dolfos didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jiang Yuan was the one to do the kick off. When the match clock showed 51 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Jiang Yuan sped through Club Sports Pergamino's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Paulo Napier. Darnell Joyce struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Paulo Napier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Inmortales FC. If Darnell Joyce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 68 minutes into the game, Jiang Yuan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0. Paulo Napier was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 73 minutes into the match, Club Sports Pergamino's goal looked a bit too open when Jeffrey Cortez came free, but Paulo Napier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 76 minutes, Yu Bo Lang managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Inmortales FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yu Bo Lang was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Paulo Napier stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jeffrey Cortez's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. 79 minutes into the game, Gaston Txerran was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Sports Pergamino's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Inmortales FC the free kick. In the 79th match minute, Club Sports Pergamino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaston Txerran to maneuver through the defense. 85 minutes into the match, Jeffrey Cortez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Paulo Napier. Club Sports Pergamino's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jeffrey Cortez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 11-0. 88 minutes into the match, Jeffrey Cortez notched a goal, 12-0, to the right of Club Sports Pergamino's Paulo Napier. Paulo Napier was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Sports Pergamino's goalkeeper Paulo Napier, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Club Sports Pergamino's zone, Geraldo Moura stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paulo Napier came out of the goal and Geraldo Moura tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Club Sports Pergamino's Saul Savier got a free kick in the 96th minute. In the 97th minute, Jeffrey Cortez made a precise shot to the right of Paulo Napier. Club Sports Pergamino's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 13-0.
