Without hesitation aimed to the right of Chico Donato, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abram Sarmiento in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Chico Donato saved DIPLOMATA FC PAB from getting behind. Carlos Eduardo Lopez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 25th minute, Song Xiong Hong hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abram Sarmiento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Chico Donato tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abram Sarmiento in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Chico Donato saved DIPLOMATA FC PAB from getting behind. Chico Donato made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Axel Montenegro sent off a good shot on target. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

DIPLOMATA FC PAB made a substitution. Niculae Martinescu replaced Song Xiong Hong. Roberto Lopes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Manzanares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. DIPLOMATA FC PAB's Chico Donato played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Montenegro in the 59th minute of play. Axel Montenegro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Chico Donato having to make a save. In the 74th minute of the match Armandinho Vieira sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pedro Manzanares skillfully saved the ball. After 83 minutes DIPLOMATA FC PAB's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Kevin Mastache who took care of the corner kick. Colombia's Abram Secada was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Chico Donato in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The throw-in from Kevin Mastache in the 86th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by DIPLOMATA FC PAB's Carlos Eduardo Lopez. DIPLOMATA FC PAB's attentive Carlos Eduardo Lopez managed to snatch the ball when Kevin Mastache made a throw-in in the 90th minute of the game. Chico Donato showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ignacio Mastache in the 95th minute of the match. Ignacio Mastache took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Chico Donato. Chico Donato dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Colombia fans cheered their team off the field, for while DIPLOMATA FC PAB had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
