Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Daniel Zorita got the match started through his kick off. Cura del Futbol's Eriberto Erlantz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Montenegro in the 7th minute of play. Eriberto Erlantz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Cura del Futbol's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eriberto Erlantz came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 16th minute, Cristian Sancho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eriberto Erlantz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 22 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Alfred Pawelczyk came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cura del Futbol were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Baturhan Togay took the corner. The audience was convinced that Daniel Zorita's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eriberto Erlantz was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Eriberto Erlantz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustín Saelices, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eriberto Erlantz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Daniel Zorita's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. 39 minutes into the match, Cura del Futbol's Alfred Pawelczyk sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 44th match minute, Cura del Futbol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zacarias Balon to maneuver through the defense. Eriberto Erlantz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 45th minute of the match. After 46 minutes, Ladislao Calisto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cura del Futbol and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ladislao Calisto kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The Cura del Futbol players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Alfred Pawelczyk made the kick off in the second half. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfred Pawelczyk in the 52nd minute of play. Eriberto Erlantz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfred Pawelczyk in the 59th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Zoritas short, quick shot in the 62ndth minute got Eriberto Erlantz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Cura del Futbol's Alfred Pawelczyk. But to his dismay, Alfred Pawelczyk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfred Pawelczyk in the 68th minute of play. In the 69th match minute, Cura del Futbol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Natalio Gergori to maneuver through the defense. Alfred Pawelczyk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 90 minutes into the match, Cura del Futbol's Alfred Pawelczyk sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfred Pawelczyk in the 94th minute of the match. Cura del Futbol succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Ecuador had controlled the match.
