Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) In the 4th play minute Moises Fernandino came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Armindo Bettencourt. 1-0. 8 minutes into the match, Moises Fernandino dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Armindo Bettencourt, 2-0. Moises Fernandino's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 11thth minute, Armindo Bettencourt skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Marco Tamayo managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Salvador's supporters rose to their feet, but Marco Tamayo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Armindo Bettencourt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Moises Fernandino kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Armindo Bettencourt. That made the score 3-0 in the 16 minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Moises Fernandino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The El Salvador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. El Salvador's Moises Fernandino was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 28th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Armindo Bettencourt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Luque in the 33rd minute of play. If Moises Fernandino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Moises Fernandino came free with the goalkeeper in the 37th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Armindo Bettencourt could save by the left post. Yuri Vilaça hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. 40 minutes into the match, Rua da Pinga's goalkeeper Armindo Bettencourt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Moises Fernandino. The throw-in from Luis Rubio in the 42nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Rua da Pinga's Yuri Vilaça. When João Balsemão came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Rua da Pinga fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that João Balsemão couldn't finish the play. Abram Luque could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Armindo Bettencourt made a huge save. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Elias Quadros made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentino Ferrant in the 52nd minute of play forced Rua da Pinga's goalkeeper Armindo Bettencourt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Rua da Pinga's Joaquim Carvalhais got a free kick in the 52nd minute. A collision led to El Salvador getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Jorge Magrina hit a great ball. Ricardo Zorita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquim Carvalhais in the 55th minute of play. 56 minutes into the game, El Salvador's Moises Fernandino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Armindo Bettencourt made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. El Salvador's Moises Fernandino got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 62 minutes into the match, Rua da Pinga's goal looked a bit too open when Moises Fernandino came free, but Armindo Bettencourt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Armindo Bettencourt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moises Fernandino in the 64th minute of play. In the 65th minute Moises Fernandino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armindo Bettencourt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 68 minutes into the game, El Salvador's Moises Fernandino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Armindo Bettencourt made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. In the 72nd minute Abram Luque shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armindo Bettencourt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yuri Vilaça kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Armindo Bettencourt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Luque in the 79th minute of the match. Armindo Bettencourt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moises Fernandino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 86th minute of the game Homero Cerqueira made a throw-in which Elias Quadros played forward. Armindo Bettencourt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moises Fernandino in the 90th minute of play. Armindo Bettencourt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moises Fernandino, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. El Salvador's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
