Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joel Gaona started the match with the kick off. Bernhardt Reshauge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 3rd minute of the match. Bernhardt Reshauge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luca Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. 6 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sαηgrε Azuɭ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Lautaro Mancebo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Sαηgrε Azuɭ's Bernhardt Reshauge did a great save. Mexico's Joel Gaona got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Mexico booed when Sαηgrε Azuɭ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benicio Tabby didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bernhardt Reshauge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 12th minute of play. With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when Conrado Rodriguez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sαηgrε Azuɭ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jonas Ordono in the 15th minute. The corner ended in Jonas Ordono almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Mexico's Dante Lacasa did a great save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Conrado Rodriguez in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dante Lacasa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Joel Gaona kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. In the last second Dante Lacasa throw himself and got hold of the ball when Lionel-Andrés Messias in the 20thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Lionel-Andrés Messias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ur Cabral could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. A collision led to Sαηgrε Azuɭ getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Artemio Nesto hit a great ball. Joel Gaona recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Conrado Rodriguez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 43 minutes into the match, Sαηgrε Azuɭ's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Bernhardt Reshauge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Sαηgrε Azuɭ booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorenzo Cazalla didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 46 played minutes, Sαηgrε Azuɭ's Jonas Ordono shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dante Lacasa came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sαηgrε Azuɭ reached it. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Conrado Rodriguez to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Mexico's Luca Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bernhardt Reshauge narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 54 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sαηgrε Azuɭ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. After 59 played minutes Sαηgrε Azuɭ got a freekick which was hit by Lionel-Andrés Messias. 66 minutes into the match, Lionel-Andrés Messias had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dante Lacasa. Mexico's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lionel-Andrés Messias was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 74 minutes into the game, Lautaro Mancebo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Bernhardt Reshauge was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Alberto Tafalla took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Bernhardt Reshauge to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 82nd minute of play forced Sαηgrε Azuɭ's goalkeeper Bernhardt Reshauge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Mexico's zone, Conrado Rodriguez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal and Conrado Rodriguez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Lionel-Andrés Messias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Mexico supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Mexico would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
