Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joel Gaona started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Silviu Potocianu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luisão Romero in the 7th minute of the match. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Joel Gaona managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Joel Gaona was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ovidiu Cosâmbescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. In the 16th minute, Alberto Tafalla ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ovidiu Cosâmbescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Luisão Romero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. Joel Gaona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Ovidiu Cosâmbescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luisão Romero in the 25th minute of play. In the 29th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidiu Cosâmbescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wu Cheng De in the 30th minute of the match. After 35 minutes Mexico's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dinu Andone who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Dinu Andone almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Mexico's Dante Lacasa did a great save. 37 minutes into the match, Luisão Romero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dante Lacasa. Mexico's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luisão Romero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Ovidiu Cosâmbescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 41st minute.

In the 51st minute of the match, Joel Gaona tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ovidiu Cosâmbescu saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Ovidiu Cosâmbescu had great luck who in the 51stth minute grab hold of the ball when Joel Gaona from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 52nd minute Luisão Romero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ovidiu Cosâmbescu was out of position in the 55 minute of play, and Joel Gaona capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Joel Gaona really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. In the 63rd minute Wu Cheng De shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Alberto Tafalla came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Tafalla couldn't finish the play. 75 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Luisão Romero came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Romos FC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Wu Cheng De hit a great ball. Wu Cheng De kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luisão Romero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wu Cheng De in the 81st minute of the match. Lautaro Mancebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Ovidiu Cosâmbescu made a huge save. In the 91st match minute, Romos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wu Cheng De to maneuver through the defense. Joel Gaona's late challenge caught a Romos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joel Gaona helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Romos FC booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joel Gaona didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle sounded Mexico left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Romos FC.
