The audience thought a goal was coming when Darnell Metcalf got free with Miguel Ángel Torres in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When LA LUZ F.C.'s Dieguito Maradona in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Fabio Cannata fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miguel Ángel Torres having to interfere. But to his dismay, Bennvar Nobel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. LA LUZ F.C.'s Sebastian Demesio was substituted for Felipe Haitz. LA LUZ F.C.'s Miguel Ángel Torres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anoush Khalatbari in the 63rd minute of play. Miguel Ángel Torres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anoush Khalatbari, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. 70 minutes into the match, American Airlines's goal looked a bit too open when Atilla Açıkalın came free, but Arvin Hökkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 71st minute, Ciro Pirro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bennvar Nobel scored 2-0 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Miguel Ángel Torres, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. American Airlines's Jonah Ryan was substituted for Bennvar Nobel. Arvin Hökkvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Atilla Açıkalın in the 90th minute. In the 92nd minute Dawid Rojek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arvin Hökkvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, American Airlines's Adrián Pádár got a free kick in the 94th minute. Fabio Cannata kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match.
