Ricardo Ceberiche showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Redas Baliukonis in the 4th minute of the match. 7 minutes into the match, Italia's goal looked a bit too open when Romão Mourato came free, but Guaberto Playo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romão Mourato in the 9th minute of play forced Italia's goalkeeper Guaberto Playo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10th minute Tomas Nafarroa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Ceberiche saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Italia's goalkeeper Guaberto Playo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Romão Mourato. Serafino Fertus got a throw-in 15 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Eleuterio Maraman. 17 minutes into the match, Tomas Nafarroa notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Roneros F.C.'s Ricardo Ceberiche. Ricardo Ceberiche was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Italia defense, Romão Mourato kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Guaberto Playo. The Italia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Guaberto Playo should have stopped the shot. If Romão Mourato had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 25 minutes into the match, Romão Mourato had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Guaberto Playo. Italia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Romão Mourato was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Guaberto Playo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Romão Mourato went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. If Romão Mourato had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Guaberto Playo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romão Mourato, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Romão Mourato's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Guaberto Playo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Redas Baliukonis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Ceberiche having to interfere. Italia's Guaberto Playo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romão Mourato in the 41st minute of play. Ricardo Ceberiche showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Redas Baliukonis in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Italia's goalkeeper Guaberto Playo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Guaberto Playo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romão Mourato, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Roneros F.C. booed when Italia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Redas Baliukonis didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomas Nafarroa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Romão Mourato in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guaberto Playo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romão Mourato in the 64th minute of play forced Italia's goalkeeper Guaberto Playo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roneros F.C. made a substitution. Witomir Jestrimski replaced Romão Mourato. Italia made a substitution. Lorenzo Loi replaced Eleuterio Maraman. 68 minutes had been played when some careless play by Roneros F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Redas Baliukonis was slow to take the kick. During this time Italia's players had a chance to rest. 70 minutes into the match, Roneros F.C.'s Witomir Jestrimski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Guaberto Playo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Italia's Guaberto Playo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Witomir Jestrimski in the 80th minute of play. Nikiforos Kalaintzidis got a throw-in 83 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Kerim Kılıc. After a rather tough play, Roneros F.C.'s Ke Yin got a free kick in the 84th minute. In the 88th minute, Ortiz Apellaniz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew the final whistle, Roneros F.C. could leave the field as winners, despite Italia having more of the ball for most of the match.
