Through an outstanding action, after 19 minutes, Dante Lacasa successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 24th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrés Casado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th minute Aragorn were awarded a corner. Elian Müller went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 29th match minute, Aragorn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christiano Mangueira to maneuver through the defense. In the 32nd minute, Czeslaw Tokarczyk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 39th minute, Luca Rouco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Andrés Casado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 43rd minute of play. Fedele Moretti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Altuğ Yakup stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fedele Moretti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Lacasa having to interfere. In the 54th minute Altuğ Yakup shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 56 minutes had been played when some careless play by Aragorn's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. In the 59th minute Altuğ Yakup shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, Aragorn's Tony Stark sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dante Lacasa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Felix Luque got a free kick in the 70th minute. Aragorn made a substitution. Topo Lino replaced Altuğ Yakup. Felix Luque hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Andrés Casado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Aragorn's Andrés Casado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 76th minute of play. Alberto Tafalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fedele Moretti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Aragorn's Andrés Casado got control of the ball when Lautaro Mancebo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aragorn's Andrés Casado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Aragorn from getting a goal against them. In the 91st minute of the match, Joel Gaona tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Andrés Casado saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Aragorn had won after a very even match.
