Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hayrettin Yaşam, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mariano Lacasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 23rd minute, Mariano Lacasa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chile fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After having played for 26 minutes, Orlando Casaus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chile's supporters crossed their fingers, but Orlando Casaus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Serafim Mangueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Thiago Pliego tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hayrettin Yaşam might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Thiago Pliego. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hayrettin Yaşam ran back to his position shaking his head. Ahmet Ege Yalaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 38 minutes Sarı kaya FK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mariano Lacasa who took care of the corner kick. Ahmet Haşim Çelikkan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Thiago Pliego made a huge save. Gerardo Pozo lost his temper 44 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 43rd minute of the game. One of Chile:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Sarı kaya FK:s goal. Ahmet Haşim Çelikkan shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Sarı kaya FK made a substitution. Benjamin Vennersten replaced Ahmet Haşim Çelikkan. The wind increased when Orlando Casaus made the kick off in the second half. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hayrettin Yaşam, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Orlando Casaus got free with Ahmet Ege Yalaz in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Hayrettin Yaşam came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Sarı kaya FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hayrettin Yaşam couldn't finish the play. Sarı kaya FK made a substitution. Hasan Hüseyin Kayaalp replaced Tayfur Savni. Ahmet Ege Yalaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orlando Casaus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Hayrettin Yaşam had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Sarı kaya FK's Ahmet Ege Yalaz got control of the ball when Orlando Casaus tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hayrettin Yaşam, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Chile's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Sarı kaya FK had won, even though Chile had held more of the ball.
