Ettore Puglielli was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 13-0. Ettore Puglielli didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristian Sancho went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 14-0 was the resulting score. There was no doubt that Ecuador were the better team. Ecuador's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
