Uruguay's Francisco Seco got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Wolves FC's Andres Leheren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Wolves FC from getting a goal against them. Joaquin Gayoso didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Wolves FC's Mario Umbruso shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. After 11 minutes of play, Wolves FC's Mario Umbruso made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. The tension between the Uruguay and the Wolves FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Bruno Beldad hit a great ball. Joaquin Gayoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mario Umbruso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mario Umbruso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joaquin Gayoso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. After 28 played minutes Wolves FC got a freekick which was hit by Esteban Macario. 37 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Mario Umbruso came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Francisco Seco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Andres Leheren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 41st minute by Francisco Seco got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Esteban Macario made in the 45th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Edgardo Gervaso.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Francisco Seco to strike the kick off in the second half. Edgardo Gervaso's late challenge caught a Uruguay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edgardo Gervaso helped the player get up and apologised. 52 minutes into the match, Wolves FC's goal looked a bit too open when Maximiliano Escribano came free, but Andres Leheren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th match minute, Uruguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Franco to maneuver through the defense. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Uruguay from getting a goal against them. If Alberto Gisbert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Maximiliano Escribano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kevin Carballal charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kevin Carballal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Kevin Carballal kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Dionisio Oto took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 91st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Joaquin Gayoso. Uruguay's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Maximiliano Escribano hit a great ball. Despite being the better team, Uruguay failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
