Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Daniel Zorita got the match started through his kick off. After a rather tough play, Sletteenge's Robin Leiholt got a free kick in the 12th minute. Daniel Zorita's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. It was Wagn Nytoft who took care of the corner kick. In the 30th minute, Luis Andino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 35th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Gisbert to maneuver through the defense. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fritz Grauholt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Sletteenge getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Buster Desting hit a great ball. In the 45th minute Fritz Grauholt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Sletteenge's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gerhart Krainert came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fritz Grauholt to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 51st minute of play forced Sletteenge's goalkeeper Gerhart Krainert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard shot 53 in the game by Fritz Grauholt from a close distance when the talented Julio Vera managed to make a qualified save. Ecuador's players were relieved. Ibrahim Svolgart hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Robin Leiholt couldn't finish the play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
