But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luis Andino couldn't finish the play. Julio Vera was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 97th minute, 邵南洲 made a precise shot to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-7. The ≮王者归来≯顺我者娼，逆我者汪 fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
