Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Cassius Byrne started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the match, Mörknäs Electric Vikings's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Gunnar Lidberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 12 minutes into the game, Mörknäs Electric Vikings's Cesar Domingues nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marco Day made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 18th minute, but Gunnar Lidberg got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Mörknäs Electric Vikings hanging dry this time. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind USA's goalkeeper Marco Day, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 28 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Jack Ekenberg came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mörknäs Electric Vikings's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cassius Byrne was slow to take the kick. During this time USA's players had a chance to rest. Edward Mcdonald was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Cassius Byrne could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Gunnar Lidberg made a huge save. Jenson Smith kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Jack Ekenberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jack Ekenberg in the 36th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cassius Byrne could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Gunnar Lidberg made a huge save. 38 minutes into the match, Cassius Byrne dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gunnar Lidberg, 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cassius Byrne got free with Gunnar Lidberg in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Monty Rogers could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Gunnar Lidberg made a huge save. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jack Ekenberg in the 45th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alejo Silvanito to make the kick off. Gunnar Lidberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cassius Byrne in the 53rd minute of play. USA were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after Mörknäs Electric Vikings's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cassius Byrne took the corner. The corner led USA's Diego Bradley to fire away a dangerous shot which Gunnar Lidberg despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. USA were awarded a corner in the 55th minute after Mörknäs Electric Vikings's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cassius Byrne took the corner. USA's Edward Mcdonald was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gunnar Lidberg in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Diego Bradley hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Mörknäs Electric Vikings's Cesar Domingues tried to score from far away in the 57th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Gunnar Lidberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cassius Byrne in the 64th minute of the match. Marco Day made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Cristo Danel sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to USA getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Edward Mcdonald hit a great ball. After 72 played minutes USA got a freekick which was hit by Edward Mcdonald. USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. USA's Khalid Parry was substituted for Monty Rogers. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sam Campbell in the 82nd minute of play forced Mörknäs Electric Vikings's goalkeeper Gunnar Lidberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sam Campbell's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gunnar Lidberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. In the 86th minute Sam Campbell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gunnar Lidberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Jack Ekenberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 91 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Mörknäs Electric Vikings!
