Mete Gazov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Francisco Seco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kubat Acıbadem kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the game, Uruguay's Francisco Seco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mete Gazov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Ferman Sabri kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Suavi Hıfzullah during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Erzincan MustafaKemalPaşa's Suavi Hıfzullah got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Francisco Seco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 29 minutes, Maximiliano Escribano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uruguay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maximiliano Escribano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Francisco Seco in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mete Gazov saved Erzincan MustafaKemalPaşa from getting behind. Erzincan MustafaKemalPaşa's Mete Gazov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 32nd minute of play. After 33 minutes of play, Uruguay's Francisco Seco made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mete Gazov was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Uruguay's Francisco Seco in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After the first half Uruguay were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Şadi Cihaner made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Şadi Cihaner's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joaquin Gayoso was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. Uruguay's Francisco Seco got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Maximiliano Escribano came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Uruguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maximiliano Escribano couldn't finish the play. Mete Gazov was out of position in the 59 minute of play, and Francisco Seco capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Francisco Seco really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. Francisco Seco in the 62ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mete Gazov, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Francisco Seco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mete Gazov made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Francisco Seco sent off a good shot on target. A hard shot 70 in the game by Francisco Seco from a close distance when the talented Mete Gazov managed to make a qualified save. Erzincan MustafaKemalPaşa's players were relieved. Maximiliano Escribano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Francisco Seco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 78th match minute, Uruguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Sainz to maneuver through the defense. In the 83rd play minute Maximiliano Escribano came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Mete Gazov. 0-6. Francisco Seco's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Mete Gazov firmly grabbed it by the left post. Francisco Seco's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 90thth minute, Mete Gazov skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 91 played minutes Erzincan MustafaKemalPaşa got a freekick which was hit by Ferman Sabri. Francisco Secos short, quick shot in the 95thth minute got Mete Gazov to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When the match was over Uruguay could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Erzincan MustafaKemalPaşa throughout the match.
