Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Edmundo Espiga started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Luca Espinar charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luca Espinar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Luca Espinar hit a great ball. 6 minutes into the match, Edmundo Espiga notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of GKS Katowice's Betão Pontes. Betão Pontes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 9 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Valentín Carvallo. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ludomir Zacharek, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. After a defensive mix-up in GKS Katowice's zone, Edmundo Espiga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Betão Pontes came out of the goal and Edmundo Espiga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cezary Kasiewski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Lautaro Navarro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 18th minute, GKS Katowice's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Edmundo Espiga fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The supporters of GKS Katowice booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luca Espinar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ludomir Zacharek hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. After 26 minutes Honduras's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dominik Brysz who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Dominik Brysz almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Honduras's Lautaro Navarro did a great save. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cezary Kasiewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Ludomir Zacharek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lautaro Navarro was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. After 30th play minutes Edmundo Espiga shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Betão Pontes and just under the crossbar into goal. Lautaro Navarro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cezary Kasiewski went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Villa in the 36th minute of play forced GKS Katowice's goalkeeper Betão Pontes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th minute, Moises Tafalla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 39th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmundo Espiga to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Luca Espinar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Honduras's supporters rose to their feet, but Luca Espinar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Betão Pontes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

GKS Katowice made a substitution. Lucjan Werra replaced Ludomir Zacharek. The wind increased when Lucjan Werra made the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Olgierd Cwojdak during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 53 played minutes GKS Katowice got a freekick which was hit by Olgierd Cwojdak. In the 55thth minute of the game Edmundo Espiga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GKS Katowice's Betão Pontes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Honduras were awarded a corner in the 56th minute after GKS Katowice's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Edmundo Espiga took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Edmundo Espiga got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Betão Pontes quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Betão Pontes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Villa in the 60th minute of play. Witomir Misiorowski kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Betão Pontes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lucjan Werra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Lautaro Navarro made a huge save. In the 78th minute, Edmundo Espiga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Betão Pontes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 80th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmundo Espiga in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Betão Pontes saved GKS Katowice from getting behind. In the 91st minute, Edmundo Espiga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 92 minutes into the match, Edmundo Espiga notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of GKS Katowice's Betão Pontes. Betão Pontes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lucjan Werra got free with Lautaro Navarro in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. There was no doubt that Honduras were the better team. Honduras's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
