The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ahmet Rıfat Pekşen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Deyver Son in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Manzanares saved Colombia from getting behind. Ahmet Rıfat Pekşen struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Pedro Manzanares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BLUEMOON FK. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Rıfat Pekşen in the 11th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Montenegro in the 13th minute of play forced BLUEMOON FK's goalkeeper Suat Tanju to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antonio Indiano kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. In the 18th minute Çelik Demirbaş shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. BLUEMOON FK's Suat Tanju played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kevin Mastache in the 19th minute of play. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Rıfat Pekşen in the 21st minute of the match. Deyver Son fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Manzanares having to interfere. Suat Tanju showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Rıfat Pekşen in the 28th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Suat Tanju took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Deyver Son scored 0-1 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Manzanares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Colombia booed when BLUEMOON FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damon Salvatore didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Rıfat Pekşen in the 44th minute of the match. BLUEMOON FK were awarded a corner in the 45th minute after Colombia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Çelik Demirbaş took the corner. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abram Sarmiento to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Abram Sarmiento ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Suat Tanju was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Colombia from getting a goal against them. Pedro Manzanares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ahmet Rıfat Pekşen went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. 63 minutes into the match, BLUEMOON FK's Deyver Son sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Manzanares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as BLUEMOON FK's Deyver Son slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pedro Manzanares. That made the score 1-3 after 66 minutes of play. BLUEMOON FK made a substitution. Tomasz Paciuszko replaced Deyver Son. Colombia made a substitution. Ignacio Mastache replaced Abram Sarmiento. A collision led to BLUEMOON FK getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Ali Emir Ramiz hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Colombia's Orlando Tafalla got a free kick in the 84th minute. Aktan İbiş sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
