Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Kauã Melo got the match started through his kick off. After having played for 5 minutes, Luis Andino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luis Andino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 7 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of GynBsb's Válter Rodrigues. Válter Rodrigues was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 9th minute of play forced GynBsb's goalkeeper Válter Rodrigues to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the GynBsb defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Válter Rodrigues. The GynBsb fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Válter Rodrigues should have stopped the shot. In the 18th minute, Agustín Saelices left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Jeremias Cerezo kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. 26 minutes into the game, Michel Faria was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GynBsb's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. In the 26th match minute, GynBsb was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michel Faria to maneuver through the defense. Luis Andino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Válter Rodrigues having to interfere. Ramiro Silveira hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Daniel Zorita scored 0-6 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Válter Rodrigues, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 38 minutes into the match, GynBsb's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Válter Rodrigues reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Válter Rodrigues breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Válter Rodrigues showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. When Luis Andino came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luis Andino couldn't finish the play. Luis Andino took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Válter Rodrigues. Válter Rodrigues dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Válter Rodrigues didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kauã Melo in the 46th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-8 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the GynBsb defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Válter Rodrigues. In the 61st minute, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Válter Rodrigues. Válter Rodrigues yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-10. Daniel Zorita blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Válter Rodrigues having to make a save. Válter Rodrigues made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. 69 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Válter Rodrigues, 0-11. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. A hard shot 85 in the game by Cristian Sancho from a close distance when the talented Válter Rodrigues managed to make a qualified save. GynBsb's players were relieved. 93 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-15. Válter Rodrigues was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
