Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Panama's Tomas Berganza started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Kent Gunnarsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcos Cotilla. Panama's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kent Gunnarsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The supporters of Terra Scaniae booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felipe Ros didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oscar Näfver, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Khodadad Khan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abraham Alguacil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Terra Scaniae's Joacim Wennerqvist got a free kick in the 13th minute. Michael Heggert kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Panama's Tomas Berganza got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Terra Scaniae getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Frans Hedling hit a great ball. Khodadad Khan made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Abraham Alguacil sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oscar Näfver in the 35th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 36 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Miralles. Khodadad Khan was a little too slow when Isidoro Sarmiento got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 38th minute. The score was now 1-1. Frans Hedling kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Khodadad Khan having to interfere. In the 45th match minute, Terra Scaniae was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Einar Felin to maneuver through the defense. Einar Felin hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kent Gunnarsson was the one to do the kick off. Khodadad Khan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 53rd minute of play. Khodadad Khan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento in the 54th minute of play. 56 minutes into the game, Abraham Alguacil cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Khodadad Khan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidoro Sarmiento in the 59th minute of play forced Terra Scaniae's goalkeeper Khodadad Khan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Berganza in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Khodadad Khan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Terra Scaniae's Khodadad Khan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 66th minute of play. The Panama fans' excitement grew in the 67th match minute when Panama's Tomas Berganza looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Khodadad Khan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kent Gunnarsson in the 76th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Khodadad Khan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Berganza in the 79th minute of the match. Khodadad Khan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Berganza's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. Isidoro Sarmiento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcos Cotilla made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Oscar Näfver sent off a good shot on target. In the 84thth minute of the game Abraham Alguacil who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Terra Scaniae's Khodadad Khan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Khodadad Khan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 86th minute of play. In the 90th match minute, Terra Scaniae was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anders Lingren to maneuver through the defense. Khodadad Khan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Isidoro Sarmiento's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. In the 93rd minute of the match Abraham Alguacil sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Khodadad Khan skillfully saved the ball. Panama walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
