Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal and Francisco da Cunha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adelino Saldanha's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 33rdth minute, Joaquin Gayoso skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Emerson Paraíba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Seco in the 39th minute of play. Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Emerson Paraíba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Seco in the 42nd minute of play. Francisco da Cunha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Joaquin Gayoso made a huge save. Francisco Seco kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Emerson Paraíba stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Francisco Seco's shot from short distance in the 47th minute.

After a defensive mix-up in Jumeuc Futebol Clube's zone, Francisco Seco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emerson Paraíba came out of the goal and Francisco Seco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Uruguay booed when Jumeuc Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Falcão Soeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Francisco da Cunha's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joaquin Gayoso was relentless in the 75th minute of the game.
