Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tomas Illescas took the kick off in the first half of the match. Venezuela:s Jonathan Ferrant showed great skill when he stopped Wilson Arósio:s penalty. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Wilson Arósio. But to his dismay, Wilson Arósio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orçun Yalınalp, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. In the 15th match minute, FC UNIREA Alba Iulia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mariano Jordy to maneuver through the defense. Petrică Cândreanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. In the 36th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Costa to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iulian Pietreanu in the 39th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 42 minutes Venezuela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Petrică Cândreanu who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's corner Petrică Cândreanu fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jonathan Ferrant quite easily take care of the ball.

The wind increased when Iulian Pietreanu made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Petrică Cândreanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Baldomiro Txindoki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Costa in the 56th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Iulian Pietreanu came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Venezuela's Alex Chicote quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Nils-Emil Hansson, made in the 75th minute of the game. Petrică Cândreanu hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. 80 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Iulian Pietreanu came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 85 minutes, Hector Grabiel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC UNIREA Alba Iulia and the Venezuela players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 85th match minute, FC UNIREA Alba Iulia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hector Grabiel to maneuver through the defense. Tomas Illescas missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 87 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Baldomiro Txindoki right hand side. A throw-in in the 90th minute of the game was made by Mariano Jordy with Wilson Arósio as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. When the referee ended the match the FC UNIREA Alba Iulia players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
