In the 10th minute, Guillermo Mariano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 12 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Pepito Arrelucea came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. eAntonio Gallardo hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Sebastián Trejos made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Félix in the 20th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Victor Félix made a great header on Kröll BK's corner, it was just that Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant managed to reach the ball for a save. Kröll BK's Jan Vennerlund got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Illescas in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sebastián Trejos saved Kröll BK from getting behind. Jan Vennerlund succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-5 in the 93rd playminute. The Venezuela supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Kröll BK's performance. The match ended with a win for Kröll BK.
