Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tim Hurren started the match with the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Witney City's Tim Hurren slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Lautaro Navarro. That made the score 1-0 after 4 minutes of play. In the 10thth minute of the game Edmundo Espiga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Witney City's Tommy Bond was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Witney City's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Villa came free, but Tommy Bond reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sebastian Villa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tommy Bond showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Leon Swanson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lautaro Navarro made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Charles Bolton sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 31st minute of play forced Witney City's goalkeeper Tommy Bond to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. At last the ball reached Leon Swanson at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Honduras. 2-1. With a little luck, Honduras's Lautaro Navarro got control of the ball when Tim Hurren tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tommy Bond made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 41st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 43rd minute of play forced Witney City's goalkeeper Tommy Bond to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Honduras booed when Witney City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leon Swanson didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edmundo Espiga to make the kick off. In the 56th minute of the match Witney City got a corner. Honduras's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Igor Kyulafliyski ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Igor Kyulafliyski got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lautaro Navarro quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Tommy Bond showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luca Espinar, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Tim Hurren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 64th minute, Leon Swanson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Witney City fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Valentín Carvallo hit a great ball. The throw-in from Trey Rowe in the 74th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Honduras's Christian Sancho. Sebastian Villa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Tommy Bond made a huge save. With his leg Tommy Bond managed to avoid a goal in the 77thth minute, when Honduras's Edmundo Espiga fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Tim Hurren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lautaro Navarro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. In the 85th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivan Navarro to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Luca Espinar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Honduras's supporters rose to their feet, but Luca Espinar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Bond breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 96 played minutes Witney City got a freekick which was hit by Tod Berry. Witney City's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
