Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Koby Wright started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. With a little luck, Canada's Jax Williamson got control of the ball when Marek Torm tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rohan Watson in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sebastián Sosa saved Vikingos FC from getting behind. Marco Cantona's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jax Williamson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Vikingos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Koby Wright came free, but Sebastián Sosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Koby Wright in the 16th minute of play forced Vikingos FC's goalkeeper Sebastián Sosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jax Williamson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Cantona in the 21st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Koby Wright managed to get in a good position for a shot. Canada's supporters rose to their feet, but Koby Wright was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sebastián Sosa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 24th minute Luka Harris shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastián Sosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Koby Wright struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Sebastián Sosa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Canada. Richard Mccarthy hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. 33 minutes had been played when some careless play by Vikingos FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Koby Wright was slow to take the kick. During this time Canada's players had a chance to rest. 35 minutes into the match, Vikingos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Carter George came free, but Sebastián Sosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 39 minutes into the game, Vikingos FC's Marco Cantona nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jax Williamson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Carter George blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sebastián Sosa having to make a save. Sebastián Sosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carter George, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 45th minute, Wilhelm Widberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In a very dangerous position, a player in Vikingos FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 46th minute. Penalty! The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 52nd minute, Canada's Jan Dixon dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Arsenio Manuelo made in the 55th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Cássio Lopes however managed to control. Vikingos FC's Ladislao Erramu was substituted for Marco Cantona. Sebastián Sosa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jan Dixon's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. Vikingos FC's Per-Olof Vallmark was substituted for Roque Vito. After 71 minutes Vikingos FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jan Dixon who took care of the corner kick. Luka Harris was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Jax Williamson came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Vikingos FC's Ladislao Erramu. But to his dismay, Ladislao Erramu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Sebastián Sosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan Dixon, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Jax Williamson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ladislao Erramu in the 84th minute of the match. 84 minutes in the game, Ladislao Erramu dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Theo Burton made in the 88th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Luka Harris. A sloppy throw-in by Arsenio Manuelo in the 90th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Canada's Eric Hill. Jan Dixon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sebastián Sosa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. In the 93rd minute of the match Canada got a corner. Vikingos FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jan Dixon ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Canada's corner Richard Mccarthy fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Sebastián Sosa quite easily take care of the ball. Many of Canada's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Canada may have spent more time on the ball, but Vikingos FC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
