Murillo Marinho charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 78th match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felipe Ros to maneuver through the defense. Patrick Sarmento recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 80th match minute, Jumeuc Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dedé Fernandes to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 85th minute of play forced Jumeuc Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Aníbal Arruda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomas Berganza struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Aníbal Arruda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panama. After 87 played minutes Jumeuc Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Dagoberto Guerra. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jumeuc Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Aníbal Arruda, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Abraham Alguacil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Tomas Berganza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abraham Alguacil in the 96th minute of play forced Jumeuc Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Aníbal Arruda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Panama had played much better football throughout.
