The supporters of GD Almargense booed when CAM Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Conrado Uxio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Serafim Mafra kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. GD Almargense were awarded a corner in the 93th minute after CAM Football Club's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Aaron Hickey took the corner. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Noel Póvoas advanced and headed the ball into goal, 8-0 in the 93rd minute.

The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. GD Almargense had won after a very even match.
