Gabriel Ferraz kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Cícero Branco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oxel Viñales in the 6th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Oxel Viñales got free with Cícero Branco in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Dino Gomes fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Callegari's protests and gave Dino Gomes a yellow card for diving instead. 11 minutes into the match, Callegari's goal looked a bit too open when Cordero Casuso came free, but Cícero Branco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 12 played minutes Callegari got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Ferraz. 14 minutes into the game, Pedro Augusto de Godoi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Callegari's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Monitor Huáscar the free kick. A collision led to Callegari getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Pedro Augusto de Godoi hit a great ball. Monitor Huáscar's Benigno Torne got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. João Carlos Simão hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oswaldo Breckenfeld in the 20th minute of play forced Monitor Huáscar's goalkeeper Johans Ortubia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute, Oswaldo Breckenfeld left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Callegari fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 30 minutes of play, Callegari's Oswaldo Breckenfeld made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Johans Ortubia was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 32nd match minute, Callegari was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Augusto de Godoi to maneuver through the defense. Johans Ortubia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alessandro Cearense in the 37th minute of the match. In the 37thth minute of the game Alessandro Cearense who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Monitor Huáscar's Johans Ortubia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Monitor Huáscar booed when Callegari was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Augusto de Godoi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Monitor Huáscar's Pagomari Portilla couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 39th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Callegari. Johans Ortubia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alessandro Cearense in the 43rd minute of play. In the 44th minute, Cordero Casuso made a precise shot to the right of Cícero Branco. Callegari's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

50 minutes into the match, Monitor Huáscar's goalkeeper Johans Ortubia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oswaldo Breckenfeld. In the 53rd minute, Mathias Couto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Callegari's Oswaldo Breckenfeld was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 57th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 61st minute, Callegari's Chicão Sergipano dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. Monitor Huáscar's Turi Larrategui was substituted for Txanton Sedeño. Monitor Huáscar made a substitution. Humberto Sagasti replaced Ovidio Varez. Johans Ortubia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alessandro Cearense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Monitor Huáscar's Johans Ortubia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alessandro Cearense in the 74th minute of play. A collision led to Monitor Huáscar getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Oxel Viñales hit a great ball. Callegari's Alessandro Cearense shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 75th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Johans Ortubia but with some difficulty. In the 79th minute, Pagomari Portilla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 80th minute of the match Alessandro Cearense sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Johans Ortubia skillfully saved the ball. When the match clock showed 84 minutes, the score became 1-6 when Alessandro Cearense sped through Monitor Huáscar's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Johans Ortubia. In the 87th minute, Chicão Sergipano reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Johans Ortubia. The goal made the score 1-7.

When the final whistle sounded Callegari left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Monitor Huáscar.
